2020, Getting back to blogging

Well, it has been a long time since I have posted. But a lot has changed since I last posted. 2020 was a bad year for my family and me. 2020 took too many people I love away from me. So for me to reflect on my life, I decided I will go back to what I love and where I can find as a better outlet. During this pandemic, I have lost, both my parents, and my amazing husband. Life is not the same without them. Everyday I struggle to find a sense of peace, and comfort. My 2 wonderful children, are my strength through these trying times. Now my kids are 19, 17 and are my rock. My GOD gives me strength to get up and helps me look for better day. I'm currently teacher at a wonderful Preparatory high school, and took a position as a Pre-Med instructor for high schooler. Since the loss of my husband, I have been blessed to take over the clinic. Our patients have been loyal and amazing during these time. I am grateful for my amazing staff to stick it through while I found someone to cover my husband shifts. Managing the clinic, and teaching and taking care of my kids have been a challenge, but with the courage and blessing from God. Life is getting better everyday.

Rearranging my life is always difficult, so I stopped crafting things. Since I started teaching and just didn't have the time. But Now I have decide to dabble back into it. Since I haven't  posted in years, I will try to find things I have done and start posting again.

See you soon.

Harry Potter theme

Here are 2 things did for a fellow science teacher.  Her daughter was having a Harry Potter theme party. So I used my handy dandy Cricut maker and made her birthday banner and a photo booth frame. I thought it turned out nice and I decided to post it.

I love my Cricut maker
Till Next time.
See YOU

School supply cake

Hi everyone, I figure I get my blog back on gear.   Life has been a roller coaster for me in the last year. So I decided to take a small hiatus from my crafting. But now I have gotten organized in my craft room and decided to start back up. Yeah!!!
I recently made a school supply cake for the wonderful teachers at lakeside elementary, we raffled it off to one lucky teacher.
I figured it was something different and creative. Till my next time.

Movie theme party

Hi my crafting friends, I know it has been way to long since I have posted anything on my blog. I have been feeling a little overwhelmed. This past year has been pretty crazy. I feel like I am on a roller coster and it hasn't stopped yet.

Well enough about me, my son graduated from fifth grade this year. The fifth grade PTA sponsored a graduation party. So, of course I couldn't resist on not helping with the festivities. I made these centerpieces for each of the table. It was time consuming, but I had great moms to help. The theme of course is Hollywood. I just wanted to share with you all.

I used the silhouette cameo( my new favorite machine) Till next time,

The Stamp Set I used is In All the World.
This Stamp set made me think of my sweet and wonderful Mom, She is very warm and always  relaxed.
To begin with, I used my copic markers to color the image, and some Bling on the Flowers.  I love Flower Soft, so I used the Fushsia Set for the colorful tree.  Glossy Accents  were placed on the Butterfly to give a 3D effect on the Card.   To All the Wonderful Mothers' Out There. Happy Mother's Day.
