Butterfly Wedding Card

Good Morning, I hope everyone had a great week so far. Today, I wanted to show you a card I made for a friend's wedding.

Making a wedding cards are fun, and sometimes a challenge. The colors I chose for this card, was inspired by the Wedding invitation card. I love how the the butterfly has the two tone colors. I learned this technique from a Make it Monday video from PTI. The Rose was made from PTI Dies blossom 1. The Paper is from DCWV. The Beautiful Stamp set is from Gina K Designs.
Well , I hope you have a great rest of the day.
Till Next time.

A Guy's Card

Happy Saturday,

This Birthday Card was done for a male co worker of mine. He is a very creative person. It is hard form me to do a masculine card, because of the materials I have. I wanted to chose this design from Gina K Deigns since it looks very artistic. The colors I used was from PTI. The sponging effect was to give it a soft feel using Memento ink: London fog. The embossing folder is from Cutterbug: Forest branches. Have to get back to you on the colors I used with the copics. I also used the glitter pen to give a silver shimmer but of course my camera, you can't see it. One of these days I will get a nice camera. I used the spellbinder Label 13 to pop out of the card. Well, I hope he liked it.

Till next time. Have a Wonderful Day,

Diana

Best Wishes Card

Good Morning Everyone,
Wanted to show you a card I did for a co- worker of mine, who decided to move away. I wanted to do a best wishes card. Not knowing a person for too long,I really don't get a feel for that person. But she was a nice lady who did a great at what she was doing. She was going through a tough time, and was down on her luck. So, I decided to do a card, with the hummingbird to give her a sense of peace, love of life. When she got the card, she was so happy and was in tears. She said, it reminded her of her mom because her mom would make homemade cards. I am glad I was able to put a smile to her face.
I wanted to share this with you.
Have a great day.
Diana

Anniversary Card

Hello, I know it has been a long time since I blogged. Well, things have been busy at work. Work has been hectic at the clinic. The kids have gone to school. Anyway, Life has to go on.
It has been 13 wonderful years with Ajay. He has been my rock for 13 years. Thank you Ajay. We have been with each other for the past 17 years. Wow, Long time uh ! I wanted to make him a special Anniversay card. Something, I hope we will be doing in a year or two. When things settle down at work. The stamp set is from Gina K Design " Aloha". Which is a great Stamp set company. I loved how the card came out. The coloring is with copic markers and Memento stamps. I used a sponging technique.
