Jay Gee Nook's Challenge #12

Hello, Today wanted to show you a birthday card. I made for a friend on mine. I got my inspiration from Jay Gee Nook blog. I found this layout from an old mojo monday challenge wanted to use it for this card.

The supplies uses for this card is PTI chartreuse, Spring Rain and Melon Berry. The Pattern card stock is from K & Company. The Stamps used is from Flower Fusion.

Grad cap/ Throwback Thursday Challenge

There is a challenge from My Creative time called Throwback Thursday. The challenge to make something use an cricut lite , or a old cartridge. Since Paper doll Dress up is a old cartridge and I just made this card, I decided to enter my card in. Check out her site to see some cool projects.

My mom had asked me to make a graduation card for my cousin's daughter. So of course, I couldn't refuse to make something for her, since I love to make different things. Her schools' colors were yellow black and red according to her gown. Trying to figure what I wanted to do was a challenge. Then I remembered from my cricut cartridges I had a graduation cap from Dress Up Paper Doll. I just enlarged it and fused it together using the Gypsy so it is a flip up card. I used my Papertrey ink number dies to make the 2011. The stickles to give the tassels some bling. I hope she liked it. The bottom of the cap I used the Star cuttlebug embossing folder and lightly sponged it with a darker yellow ink. Tomorrow I will show you the card I did for my cousin.
